I am a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach who is passionate about health and wellness. I genuinely believe in the transformative power of nutrition through real organic and Non-GMO foods, and their potential to enhance people’s lives. I love engaging in discussions about the impact of different foods on the body and mind. I like to think that with every bite you either preventing a chronic illness or feeding it. I might often be spotted with a nutrition related book, listening to a wellness podcast, or attending workshops or conferences to expand my knowledge about nutrition and health. Beyond food, my passion for wellness extends to other aspects of life. I believe in the importance of regular physical activity, be it through walking, intense workouts, resistance training, yoga sessions, or mindful meditation. I understand the significance of getting adequate rest and sleep, and make sure to prioritize self-care in my busy schedule. My passion for nutrition and wellness is not just a fleeting interest but a life-long pursuit. I continiously stay up to date with the latest research, trends, and developments in the field ensuring that my knowledge is current and evidence-based. I share my home with three furry children- two tuxedo cats and a bossy Shih Tzu, all of them rescues. My favorite two things in the world are coffee and hot yoga.
